A Contractor is an independent contractor who is engaged by Great VirtualWorks to provide services to our customers.
Contractors providing services to our customers must be 18 years of age or older.
Great VirtualWorks’ business needs change frequently and we are rapidly growing our global footprint. Currently, we engage Contractors in all countries around the globe except in the United States and in the following listed countries: Cuba, Iran, Korea, Sudan, and Syria. We may expand or reduce the list of countries in which we engage
Please note that providing false information about the country that you plan to provide customer support services from or where you are currently providing services from, will result in the termination of your Master Services Agreement.
If you are making a permanent of long-term move, you may move to another country, provided that after your move you are located in a country which we are accepting new Contractors and you continue to meet Great VirtualWorks’ technical and other requirements.
If your contract has expired, you will need to reactivate your profile by starting the admissions process in order to become eligible to provide services. Please note that Great VirtualWorks does not contract with former Contractors whose accounts were terminated due to non-compliance of their contract.
To reactivate your profile, please contact the Admissions Department via email at admissions@greatvirtualworks.com.
Yes! Our model is built on FREEDOM, FLEXIBILITY, and CHOICE giving you the ability to schedule your time! Additionally, as a Contractor you have the freedom to pursue other types of independent contractor engagements or work a job while providing services to Great VirtualWorks clients. You are solely responsible, of course, to make sure that your being an independent contractor to another company or working a job does not interfere with your ability to meet your contractual obligations to Great VirtualWorks.
As a Contractor, you decide when to provide services from among the hours made available for servicing by our customers as your schedule permits.

Great VirtualWorks does not provide service revenue to Contractors during the certification period. However, the more programs you are certified for, the more chances you will have to generate additional revenue and grow your portfolio.
The security of our clients’ information is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, the background check is a necessity as we have a commitment to protect our clients’ data. The background check is required for those Contractors that have successfully passed all assessments including your system check (technical requirements) and are ready to move to the next step of the admissions process.
To complete the background check, submit a Government Issued photo ID with date of birth and a Code of Conduct Certificate from the Police Department.

The Master Services Agreement (MSA) can be terminated by either Great VirtualWorks or the Contractor at any time, with or without notice.

Great VirtualWorks does not require a landline; instead Great VirtualWorks uses VOIP technology in order to service our clients. In order to service within our network, you would need to meet the minimum technical requirements.
The majority of our clients’ calls are inbound sales and customer service calls. There are programs that offer outbound call support. We are always looking to grow our client portfolio and look forward to offering diverse opportunities to Contractors in the future.
Staying in touch is important! Therefore, when you are engaged as a Contractor with Great VirtualWorks, you agree to allow Great VirtualWorks to contact you via email with general updates, communications regarding your performance, and other information.
*NOTE: to ensure you never miss an update, please add the admissions@greatvirtualworks.com as a “Safe Sender” to your email contacts. This guarantees that any email communications from Great VirtualWorks are delivered to your Inbox.
If you having issues running the PC Check, please contact the I.T. Department by phone at 1-800-609-5497.
If you start an application but do not complete it, the system will send you two reminder emails: the first email is sent three days after you have started the application and the second email is sent seven days after you have started the application. Should your profile not have any further activity, you will not receive any more emails regarding the admissions process.
